Back in the West this week for a slightly more subdued selection than last week’s colourful Thai treats. The first is from San Francisco and struck even me (having not read the books or seen the films) as a little Harry Potter-esque. I loved the lightning strike design.

The middle one proves that there are numbers where ever you go (even if your friends do think you’re a little crazy for photographing them!) – this one is from a sushi restaurant in London’s Covent Garden many moons ago. And the final one was on a lamppost in Putney.
