Who knew Milan would be such good picking ground for photos of numbers. I spotted the 52 above the check-in desk at the airport on the way home – and the 17 was on the soap in the hotel room, a room in which everything, yes, everything, was numbered!

Designed in a similar vein, the 21 candle was kindly sent to me by Such & Such to add to my collection (and then to add to my Maggie’s raffle – more on that soon!)
