A bit of a wooden theme for this week’s geeky selection of numerical typography. I was delighted to spot the first one on the far side of a tree on a recent country walk – part of a forest management programme I assume?

I love the way the owner of number 36A has put a new number up, leaving the faded remnants of the old one visible. And last but not least, I spotted this funny little G52 just next to the lift on an underground station – I’ve no idea why the 2 is upside-down!

Happy weekend folks!
